At Takemoto Piano, we actively hire and train employees involved in the repair process. In addition to repairs performed by our experienced veterans, we ensure that our younger staff members learn the necessary skills and knowledge.
With their exceptional skills, our technicians can restore any piano to like-new condition.
In addition to addressing changes in volume, pitch, and sound quality, our detailed inspections identify the root cause of any issues. After precise and thorough treatment, the piano is carefully restored, with its exterior polished to bring it back to life as if it were brand new.
Using Custom-Built, Specialized Equipment
Our factory, known as the Logistics Center, is equipped with specialized machinery for piano repairs.
We were the first in the industry to introduce large-scale levelers, and we also use custom-designed equipment such as automatic buffing machines, dedicated elevators, and forklifts specifically made for handling pianos.
Thanks to this advanced equipment, we’ve significantly improved efficiency and speed within the factory. As a result, we are now able to store and maintain up to 4,500 pianos in ready-to-ship condition at all times.
